Choosing the Communication Model: Since Agile came up, the management of software products industry has had a revolution of sorts. Frameworks such as Agile Scrum, Kanban pumped new life into software teams. They ensured better communication was happening within the team and it has been communication is key to successful teams.
I thoroughly follow the Agile Scrum model and it has consistently delivered good results with my work. Customer needs change and in this ever changing world we have to have a framework that acts as a better communication enabler. This is not to say that Waterfall models don’t work. They do, but in those environments where requirements are not prone to change quickly. I will be extensively talking about Agile Scrum in this article.
